By creating a Karigra account you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to run a business in India or in the country where you sell, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the jewellery listings, weights, purity claims and prices you publish.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account, including actions taken by staff members you invite to your dashboard.
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trials last 14 days and no card is charged until the trial ends. Transaction fees, where applicable, are deducted per successful order as described on the pricing page.
You must comply with hallmarking, GST, labelling and consumer protection rules that apply to jewellery sales, and you must fulfil accepted orders or refund the buyer.
We may suspend accounts used for fraud, counterfeit goods, misrepresented purity or illegal activity. We will tell you the reason and, where possible, allow you to correct it.
