Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are never charged.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your store stays active until the end of the paid month; monthly fees already paid are not refunded.
Annual plans can be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused full months if you cancel within the first 60 days. After that the plan runs to the end of its term.
Per-order transaction fees are charged on completed orders and are not refundable, except where an order is refunded to the buyer in full — in that case the fee is reversed.
Email hello@karigra.com from your registered address with your store name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
