Account details you give us (name, business name, email, phone), your catalog content, and order information created by your buyers. Payment card details are handled by our payment partners and never stored on Karigra servers.
To run your storefront, process orders, send transactional messages, provide support and improve the product. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
We share only what is needed with service providers such as payment gateways, courier partners and WhatsApp Business, so that orders and deliveries can be completed.
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to staff who need it. Backups are encrypted and retained for a limited period.
You can export or request deletion of your store data at any time by writing to hello@karigra.com. Deleting your account removes your catalog and personal data within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for tax purposes.
